These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the w96 platform (w96.biz) and its mobile application. By registering on w96 or using the platform, you are deemed to have read and fully accepted all of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, w96's interpretation shall be considered final.

To open an account on w96, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may hold a maximum of one account.

• Registering with a fake or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.

Example: A 10x rollover on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of ৳10,000 in wagers before you can withdraw the bonus.

• Once a bonus is claimed, the rollover requirement must be completed within a specified period (typically 30 days).
• For Sports Betting bonuses, only wagers placed at odds of 1.80 or higher count toward the rollover.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If you'd rather not use a bonus, simply don't claim it — you can also cancel it later if needed.

Any of the following actions will result in account closure, and deposited funds may not be returned:

• Operating multiple accounts or having someone else manage your account.
• Using bonuses for fraudulent purposes (bonus arbitrage).
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Transactions involving funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

• When an investigation is required for security reasons.
• The user requests self-exclusion.
